About Us:
At Enterprise Transformation (ET), we drive innovation, data science, and operational excellence for our Enterprise Products. As a rapidly growing unit, we are a mix of passionate individuals — from fresh talent to seasoned experts — working in cross-functional, flat-hierarchy teams. Our mission: to make software development faster, smarter, and more scalable.
Our Principles:
- We celebrate wins together and learn from mistakes.
- We prioritize informed, insight-driven decisions.
- We design for scale but build pragmatically.
- We value open dialogue and diverse perspectives.
The Role / Responsibilities – Test Manager
We are looking for a technically proficient Test Manager to lead testing efforts across Product Teams within our Parcels & Xpress Platform.
This role goes beyond test management—we need a leader who can automate backend and frontend test cases, drive testing best practices, and set an example for the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, a deep understanding of testing strategies, and a passion for shift-left testing principles.
You will be responsible for stakeholder management, test reporting, and dashboard creation to ensure transparency and alignment across teams. Additionally, you will integrate into a dynamic supply chain project, identifying opportunities to optimize testing processes and improve quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:
Test Strategy Development and Execution:
- Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies covering functional, non-functional, and data quality requirements.
- Balance manual testing with automation, ensuring that manual efforts lead to future automation.
- Lead end-to-end testing processes, from test planning to defect management.
Shift-Left Testing and Test Automation:
- Champion the shift-left testing approach, collaborating closely with development teams to integrate testing earlier in the development lifecycle, using the Test CoE standard automation frameworks.
- Lead the integration of test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript) to streamline regression and functional testing.
- Ensure that automated tests are reliable, maintainable, and provide meaningful feedback to developers and testers alike.
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all testing activities, ensuring transparency and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into testing progress, quality metrics, and coverage.
- Facilitate UAT, ensuring planning and execution are aligned with stakeholders' needs.
Continuous Improvement and Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers across multiple Product Teams.
- Identify inefficiencies in testing processes and drive improvements.
- Partner with Platform Owners, Product Owners, Architects, and the Test CoE to define the testing and quality vision.
- Promote a problem-solving mindset, troubleshooting complex issues effectively.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in software testing and test management.
- 5+ years of experience in automation testing, with expertise in Playwright
- Strong knowledge of the shift-left approach, CI/CD pipelines, and defect prevention strategies.
- Technical understanding of Java, JavaScript, React, MongoDB, SQL, Kafka, and APIs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
What we offer:
- Employment contract and comprehensive onboarding program
- Access to internal training and e-learning platforms
- Culture of feedback, collaboration, and growth
- Opportunities for internal transitions
- Work-life balance within a Scandinavian work culture
