As a WorkForce Senior IT Specialist you will work together with stakeholders at various levels and across the global DSV organization. You will experience a great degree of independence in a flexible and dynamic environment and the role will offer great exposure to DSV globally and within Global HR.

As a member of the Global IT team your major responsibilities will be:
•    Support the implementation of our new Work Force Management (WFM) solution by ensuring adherence to a global template and IT governance, managing and facilitating testing 
•    Supporting the rollout and maintenance of multiple integrations, ensuring data integrity, testing of changes and processes 
•    Support the application and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the system
•    Monitor, maintain, and optimize the WorkForce software
•    Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on updates and configurations
•    Implement new features and improvements
•    Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices

•    Strong technical skills in IT operations and system administration
 
Education and Experience:

•    Proficient Level of English (spoken & written)
•    Familiarity with or background within Workforce Management - required                 
•    Obtain or maintain certification in WorkForce Software product suite applications required to perform the role
•    Knowledge of working with time registration Clocks and policy editor or similar end user device
•    2-4 Years experience in software implementations
•    Understand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role
•    Knowledgeable of and understand common implementation principles and lifecycle
•    Demonstrates technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapts to new circumstances
•    Experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application
•    Logical and technical mindset that can analyze problems and identify root causes
•    Awareness of HCM applications and business processes
•    Experience providing application support for complex software systems
•    Advanced skills in MS Excel
