  • Ensure SOP / IOP compliance and maintenance with origin offices as well as Control Tower.
  • Manage daily exceptions both via dashboard and day to day enquires / escalations.
  • Set up and present KPI meetings for weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Prepare KPI Reports, QC raw data and constantly ensure data integrity.
  • Escalate as required when origin / control tower are found not following the defined agreed processes and requirements.
  • Respond timeously to all emails and phone calls, ensuring all queries are proactively addressed.
  • Set up weekly operational meeting with client, lead the meeting and take minutes. Ensure minutes detail the responsible action items and accountable persons.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations for Pep SA.
  • Update Cellular Report and send to client as per agreed sequence per week.
  • Follow up on Unbilled, Negative accruals and daily GP.
  • Ensure no demurrage or additional charges are invoiced to the customer without prior notification. All additional charges should be mitigated and escalated internally at DSV as soon as they begin accruing.
  • Ensure that the cargo is delivered within the KPIs agreed with the Client.
