You are responsible for collecting and analysing reports, setting KPIs, discussing progress with the customer, and distributing daily tasks within your team. You manage operational meetings with customers about daily activities and implement improvements within the team. This dynamic role requires flexibility and the ability to handle unexpected situations: you are on it.
How you do this? With your knowledge of operational and logistical processes, you ensure that accurate data is available. You set KPIs, improve workflows, and make sure your team performs at its best.You achieve this by:
- distributing tasks, coaching and guiding your team members, and leading work discussions;
- conducting weekly and monthly meetings with the customer, where you monitor and present processes;
- keeping a close eye on escalation reports;
- contributing to improving and drafting work instructions to boost efficiency.

- experience as a leader, with experience in a customer service-related role being an advantage;
