Within our warehouse operation in Maastricht Airport, you work for multiple customers, each with their own logistics processes and expectations. No two days are the same. Together with your team, you ensure that processes run efficiently and that targets related to safety, quality and productivity are achieved: you’re on it.

How you do this? As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for multiple operational processes and lead Team Leaders and Warehouse Operators. You monitor operational performance, analyse results and adjust where needed. Through your leadership, you know how to motivate people and continuously improve processes. You achieve this by:

• leading, coaching and developing Team Leaders and operational employees;
• monitoring KPIs related to productivity, quality and safety and taking corrective actions where necessary;
• ensuring optimal workforce planning and efficient resource allocation;
• initiating and leading continuous improvement projects within the warehouse operation;
• maintaining close collaboration with customers and internal departments to achieve operational objectives.

You bring

• experience in a leadership role within warehousing or logistics;
• knowledge of logistics processes and the ability to analyse and improve operational performance;
• strong coaching and communication skills;
• experience with KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives;
• a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
