About the role

Join our team as a Freight Forwarder specializing in Healthcare Airfreight. In this role, you'll be the primary contact for our healthcare clients, ensuring seamless communication and service excellence for their air freight shipments (import & export). Your responsibilities include maintaining compliance standards, ensuring accurate invoicing, and promptly addressing any irregularities that may arise.

Tasks:

• Coordinate air freight shipments (import & export) in the Healthcare sector, providing instructions to the Booking and brokerage teams;
• Effectively handle customer inquiries and manage escalations, involving the Team Lead when necessary;
• Maintain daily communication within the DSV network for Healthcare air freight announcements;
• Ensure compliance with DSV guidelines for security, embargo countries, carriers, and commodities;
• Apply GDP guidelines and adhere to Healthcare customers' CSOPs, while also managing document uploads and post-flight communications.
• Additionally, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, DSV Code of Conduct, and safety standards.

Are you the perfect fit?

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience as Freight Forwarder Airfreight (preferrable within Healthcare);
• You are familiar with healthcare procedures, QMS, and healthcare CargoWise Service Levels;
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
