About the role

Always been interested in transporting special goods? At DSV, you’ll handle special shipments like fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, live animals, and even cars! Every transport requires extra care and attention. Are you flexible, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt? Then this role might be your next big adventure! You’ll mainly work day shifts with some weekend shifts (1 in every 2 weekends).

Other Tasks:

• Managing the daily service for airfreight and export shipments for a diverse customer base;
• Planning the transport of incoming goods in collaboration with subcontractors;
• Coordinating the shipment of perishables, such as fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and live animals;
• Delivering excellent customer service by answering inquiries regarding incoming airfreight shipments;
• Ensuring accurate invoicing and maintaining high data quality;
• Collaborating closely with colleagues from other departments and the MAGIS team;
• Proactively informing customers about any irregularities in their shipments;
• Strictly following all safety and security regulations.

Are you the perfect fit?

• You have initial experience in Freight Forwarding (Airfreight) or a bachelor’s degree or diploma in transport and logistics;
• You are highly flexible with working hours, including weekend shifts (1 out of 2 weekends);
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English;
• You are stress-resistant, proactive, and solution-oriented;
• You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy solving challenges.
