Move forward as Dispatch administrator in Puurs.

You get it done
As a Dispatch Administrator, you play a key role in keeping daily transport and warehouse operations on track. 
You ensure that deviations are identified, data is accurate, and communication between dispatch, drivers, and operations runs smoothly. 

•    You register, analyse, and follow up non-conformities related to dispatch and operations;
•    You prepare, review, and deep-dive into warehouse lists, identifying deviations and operational bottlenecks;
•    You process and validate operational data, ensuring correctness and completeness;
•    You are in direct contact with drivers, answering questions and supporting daily dispatch activities;
•    You follow up operational constraints and blockages, ensuring issues are tracked until resolution.

You bring
•    Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role (within logistics or warehousing); 
•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret operational data; 
•    Fluent in Dutch and English, with comfortable knowledge of French; 
•    Comfortable communicating with drivers and operational teams;
•    Able to work independently while collaborating closely with dispatch and warehouse colleagues.
