DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Business Change Consultant in AUS - Melbourne Airport, Watson Drive 

At DSV Contract Logistics, we're looking for a Business Change Consultant who thrives on helping people navigate change, embraces a challenge, and knows that successful transformation is about more than just new processes and systems—it's about bringing people on the journey.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will be the same, but you can expect to:

• Lead and support change initiatives across our Contract Logistics operations.
• Design and configure WMS solutions based on customer and operational requirements
• Partner with leaders, project teams, and frontline employees to ensure changes are understood, adopted, and sustained.
• Function as a bridge between operations/KAM’s and IT for all requested changes
• Create/update SOPs of new and existing clients
• Assess the impact of change and develop practical solutions to support teams through transitions.
• Keep a pulse on employee readiness and adoption, identifying what's working and where extra support is needed.
• Help deliver exciting projects including new customer implementations, operational improvements, systems upgrades, and automation initiatives.
• Champion a people-first approach to transformation.

What We're Looking For

We're less concerned about ticking every box and more interested in finding someone who can make a real impact.

• Experience in change management, business transformation, organisational development, or a similar role.
• 3+ Years’ experience in Supply Chain Logistics & WMS
• Experience in implementing WMS systems (Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher preferable)
• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
• An adaptable and positive mindset—because logistics can move quickly!
