We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Warehouse Operator on casual basis. This opportunity is perfect for students, parents, and anyone craving work-life balance.

This role plays an integral part in ensuring customers goods are picked and packed as required and that all associated paperwork is completed as per procedures. This role will also be required to assist with the loading/unloading of trucks on occasions as directed by the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor.

Your typical day at DSV:

- Master the operation of forklifts for efficient order picking and stock replenishment
- Utilize picking slips to locate and pick stock, ensuring accurate fulfillment of customer orders
- Take charge of unloading/loading vehicles and orchestrating the seamless movement of goods within the warehouse
- Maintain an unwavering commitment to 100% accuracy during stock picking, stock takes, and cycle counts
- Keep our computer system updated with precision and efficiency
- Strictly adhere to operational procedures, ensuring smooth warehouse operations at all times
- Uphold warehouse cleanliness standards and perform daily safety checks to ensure a secure working environment
- Act swiftly to report any spillages, damaged items, or suspicious goods
- Prioritize safety by promptly reporting all incidents, accidents, and near misses
 

About you:

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Operator or similar role is an advantage
- Valid forklift license is required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
