Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making and drive business performance for DSV's transportation and logistics services. They will work closely with the finance and operations teams to provide insights into financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to communicate financial performance and trends to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Participate in the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Educational background / Work experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities (if any)
• May supervise or mentor junior financial analysts.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
Language skills
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
Computer Literacy
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $77,500 – $116,500/ Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
