HRIS Assistant
The HRIS Assistant is responsible for ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of employee data management within DSV Employee Central by providing Tier 1 helpdesk support, executing large-scale data updates, and conducting regular audits. Proactively collaborate with HR Partners and Managers to resolve data discrepancies while educating stakeholders on DSV policies and system functionality. Continuously enhance data governance processes and contribute to HRIS-related projects and administrative initiatives to improve overall system efficiency and compliance.
Tasks and Responsabilities:
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for DSV Employee Central (DSV’s Global HRIS that is powered by SAP SuccessFactors).
- Manually update employee data in large scale.
- Helps maintain data integrity in systems by creating reports and analyzing data.
- Create and carryout various audits to ensure master data in is compliance with DSV policies and governance.
- Partner with Managers or HR Partners to correct data while providing education on the DSV policies and DSV Employee Central functionality.
- This position will have additional project and administrative duties as assigned.
- Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.

Education and skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information technology, or related area of study required.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
Minimal work experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in HR related systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), payroll processing, functional support, and enhancement development required.

HRIS Assistant
