IT Project Manager, Supply Chain / WMS

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating Supply Chain technology projects, with a strong focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), warehouse operations, system integrations, and global implementations. The role requires close collaboration with operations, IT teams, vendors, and global stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and business alignment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Leading end-to-end IT projects related to Supply Chain and WMS environments

2. Coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and global stakeholders

3. Managing project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and project deliverables

4. Supporting warehouse implementations, system integrations, and operational improvements

5. Facilitating communication between business and IT teams to ensure alignment on requirements and objectives

6. Supporting change management, communication, and training activities during project execution

7. Providing post go-live support, issue follow-up, and continuous improvement recommendations

8. Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, project methodologies, company standards, and management guidelines

9. Maintaining behavior and attitudes consistent with DSV values

10. Supporting professional development through training participation and continuous self-education

Education and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
• Experience with WMS platforms and implementation projects
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
• ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor) is considered an asset
• Knowledge of EDI, APIs, AS2, or sFTP integrations will be an advantage

Minimum Work Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in IT Project Management within Supply Chain, Logistics, or WMS environments
• Experience supporting WMS implementations, warehouse openings, or global rollouts
• Experience coordinating small to medium-sized project teams in international environments
• Previous experience within logistics providers, warehousing, retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments will be considered an asset
