Operational Finance Assistant

Role Summary

The Operational Finance Assistant is responsible for handling supplier payment-related inquiries through phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely resolution in collaboration with internal Accounting Services teams. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while meeting quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage supplier and customer inquiries related to payments via phone and email.

• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues by collaborating with internal Accounting Services teams.

• Communicate with DSV offices and external vendors to obtain required information.

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and operational targets.

• Maintain accurate records and provide reporting related to assigned activities.

• Participate actively in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities when required.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and DSV values.

Education and Skills

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• SAP knowledge is preferred.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Minimal Work Experience

• Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, or Customer Service is preferred.

• Experience handling vendor or customer inquiries is considered an advantage.

• Recent graduates with relevant education and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
