To strengthen our team on the Regional IT Services, we are looking for a motivated individual in an Intern capacity in order to support our current team in Miami, FL. We are handling the DSV enviornment which currently spans +70 countries and +700 sites. We work with primarily Citrix Enviornment, Dell, Lexmark and Cisco equipment and solutions. We offer you a possession within RITS (Regional IT Support) whereby you get to learn various basic IT tasks, while helping support a large office and warehouse environment .
Position Tasks and Responsibilities
Computer Operation (implementing and maintaining)
- Overall knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic Undertanding of Citrix
- Basic troubleshooting skills of print related issues
- Drive and Printer Mapping
- Basic understanding of Network Topology
- Network services and name resolution, TCP/IP and routing
- Managing individual ticket reporting tool
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory user and computer management tools.
Participating in business projects – end user moves
Must be able to work with users face to face and remotely and have good communication skills.
Upgrading/Migrating local offices
Troubleshoot both local and remote End user and printing issues.
Support multiple buildings in the State

Good knowledge within Citrix, Microsoft office suite, MCSE or equivalent, LAN, WAN, CISCO VOIP a plus.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $20.00 – $25.00 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
