Coordinating claims and assessing them with the relevant contractual, CMR, AVC and FENEX Conditions, is the name of the game.
 
Your knowledge of insurance and conditions in the field of transport is certainly welcome for this position and DSV. As a Claims Specialist, you handle claims in the right way.  These are claims within (road) transport and warehouse with which you operate in accordance with legislation. As a liaison between the customer, internal departments and external parties such as carriers, you are responsible for the correct handling of claims and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

You achieve this by: 

• assessing claims in accordance with cmr and transport conditions and contractual agreements; 
• correctly handling claims in accordance with contractual agreements with our customers;
• being a fair and assertive mediator between all parties involved in the claims; 
• processing administrative activities in our system and reporting to internal departments 

In this position, you will work closely with the site manager and have plenty of colleagues within DSV willing to support and help you. You will also have a lot of freedom and responsibility to plan your work both regionally and nationally!
