Enchanté, we are DSV! For our customer care & support team in Moerdijk, we are looking for an enthusiastic customer care specialist. Your key account specialises in corporate clothing and you are the first point of contact for French-speaking customers. You communicate with these clients via email, social media or by telephone regarding placing an order, providing delivery times or advising them on the most suitable products. And, this is just a small selection of your daily tasks. The aim is always to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.: You’re on it.
How do you do this? In any case, by having a good command of both the Dutch and French languages and a service-oriented work attitude. This is truly important for the proper performance of this role. Are you proficient in French but have no experience in customer service yet? Aucun problème! In our customer care & support team, you will find all the help you need to get started in this job. Through training, you will become fully familiar with the world of our key account. At the beginning, you will be paired with a buddy for on-the-job coaching, and gradually, you will independently support both Dutch and French consumers with their queries and order processing. Without a script, you can remain yourself and help customers in your own way as best as possible. You will achieve this by:
• answering various customer enquiries, mainly by telephone and by email or via social media;
• carrying out administrative tasks, such as order processing, debtor management, handling returns and processing claims;
• providing advice to customers regarding the product range and alternative products.

You bring
• excellent command of the Dutch language and good command of the French language (B2), both spoken and written;
• knowledge of computer systems;
• MBO4 level of working and thinking;
• solution-oriented and you are skilled in providing service.
