Move forward as Freight Forwarder at DSV in Moerdijk
Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with other departments to provide our customer with real-time information? Do you also enjoy keeping accurate records and like to get to the bottom of things? Then we are looking for you as our new Freight Forwarder Control!

You get it done
By checking and monitoring shipments & creating performance reports based on issued KPIs, you always know how to provide our customers with the right information. You work on it!

How you do this? By continuously monitoring shipments and keeping performance reports up to date, you ensure that all our customer queries are answered with the right information. In addition, you feel responsible for high customer satisfaction, and you achieve this by  

• providing your customers with timely and correct information regarding the delivery of their shipments;
• showing initiative by communicating any shipment problems in a timely manner and offering solutions;
• analysing and updating performance reports.

Your team stands out within DSV for its conviviality and willingness to help each other. In this team of 12 colleagues, we work hard but there is also a lot of laughter.

You bring

• experience within Transport & Logistics;
• a service-oriented attitude & basic knowledge of Excel;
• command of the Dutch and English languages.
