As an inventory controller, you are responsible for planning, setting, monitoring, and reporting on the physical inventory within our warehouse. You facilitate, coordinate, supervise, check, and report on the daily cycle counts. A large part of the cycle count process is automated, so you will also work daily with our drone system, which helps us monitor a significant portion of the inventory. The more accurately this is tracked and reported, the smoother the warehouse processes run. Do you spot discrepancies or inventory differences? Then you act quickly, correct them, and work with your team on permanent solutions to prevent these issues from occurring again in the future; You're on it.

How you do this? In your first year as an inventory controller, you will undergo several training sessions that will quickly familiarize you with all the ins and outs of our warehouse management system. You will achieve this by:

•    identifying discrepancies between physical stock and the inventory records in the system;
•    scheduling drone flights in the warehouse during non-operational hours, and analyzing and evaluating the resulting reports;
•    analyzing product turnover rates and determining the optimal placement of products in the warehouse;
•    analyzing inventory discrepancies and developing appropriate solutions, both for the present and the future;
•    processing inventoried data in our system, generating reports for management and operations, and independently conducting analyses to proactively provide solutions.

You bring

•    passion for the job! And you're able to share this passion with others;
•    experience in a logistics environment is a strong plus;
•    good command of English, both spoken and written;
•    extensive knowledge of Excel and experience with WMS systems;
•    analytical skills combined with a process-oriented and precise way of working.
