You get it done
As a logistics process engineer, you’ll focus on designing and optimizing logistics processes. Whether it’s inbound goods, outbound orders, or value-added logistics, you map out processes from start to finish and ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll lead various projects independently, ranging from process optimizations to innovative automation solutions. With the new construction of our warehouse in Moerdijk, you’ll have a unique opportunity to develop processes from the ground up and take them to the next level. Your work directly impacts efficiency and customer satisfaction, and you’ll take on challenges to drive improvements that truly make a difference. You work on it.

How you do this? At DSV, you’ll have the chance to work independently on projects and implement new technologies. You handle the process side, while your WMS-engineer colleagues take care of the technical aspect. You have a direct impact on our efficiency and customer satisfaction. You achieve this by:
•    analyzing and optimizing our logistics processes
•    clearly translating process activities into cost-efficient solutions
•    actively contributing to automation projects and the implementation of new customers
•    supporting and advising the operations on process changes
•    ensuring continuous improvement and standardization within departmental processes

You bring
•    a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field;
•    at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics environment;
•    a strong analytical mindset and experience with logistics data and process optimization;
•    strong communication skills and the ability to manage projects independently;
•    knowledge of WMS systems and preferably experience with SQL.
