You ensure colleagues are well trained, work safely and follow agreed processes. As a process trainer at DSV Contract Logistics, you play a key role in training employees and safeguarding operational procedures within our warehouse operations.

You get it done
You are responsible for training employees on all warehouse processes and ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are clearly understood, followed and recorded.

How you do this? You are visible on the shop floor, work closely with supervisors and translate procedures into practical, effective training. You achieve this by:
•    training employees on all operational warehouse processes;
•    ensuring adherence to SOPs and established procedures;
•    delivering, coordinating and documenting training sessions;
•    maintaining accurate and accessible training records;
•    promoting safety, quality and process awareness;

You bring

•    experience in a logistics or operational environment;
•    affinity with training, coaching and developing people;
•    knowledge of warehouse processes and SOPs;
•    strong communication skills;
•    a structured and proactive way of working;
•    good command of the English language.
