The Business Technologies team participates in optimizing our WMS applications within DSV. We implement new sites and new clients, work on continuous improvements, provide training and ensure seamless integration, contributing to the success of all of DSV's logistics operations. You're on it. 

How you do this? Your role revolves around optimizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications. This includes implementing new locations and customers, organizing customer workshops for needs analysis, technical configuration and testing of the applications, guiding end-users in acceptance testing, and providing training and specifying Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) messages to ensure smooth integration and efficient logistics operations.

You get this done by:

• building ans maintaining your knowledge of  our Warehouse Management System (WMS) BlueYonder Dispatcher to perform effective implementation and optimization;
• working in an accurate and technically competent way, in configuring and testing WMS applications to ensure they work properly and meet specifications;
• having good supervision and training skills to support end-users in the acceptance testing process and train local users;
• being able to specify Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) messages and work effectively with the global IT team to coordinate necessary developments for continuous improvements in logistics processes.

You bring

• bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Management, Economics or IT;
• demonstrable experience in implementing and configuring WMS applications, especially with Blue Yonder Dispatcher;
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• ability to lead workshops and effectively gather business requirements from customers;
• experience in guiding end-users in UAT testing, and proficiency in specifying Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) messages.
