Move forward as Supervisor Customer Service at DSV in Moerdijk
Are you ready for the next step in your customer service career? In Moerdijk, you will lead an enthusiastic team working for major, well-known consumer brands both nationally and internationally. A challenging role with impact and responsibility.

 

You get it done
You’re responsible for the day-to-day operations of our customer service team. As supervisor customer service, you’ll start at our new site in Moerdijk. We are currently moving to our new location at Logistiek Park Moerdijk a 240,000 m² warehouse, the largest connected warehouse in the Benelux. And you contribute to this: you’re on it.

 

How you do this? You are the go-to person for both your team and the customer. Whether it’s a change in the collaboration or operational issues, you ensure clear communication to all stakeholders. You monitor process progress and step in when needed. You also conduct monthly client reviews via phone, Teams, or onsite in Moerdijk. You achieve this by:
•    coaching, motivating, and supporting your team daily in their development;
•    delivering on customer agreements and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction;
•    closely monitoring logistics processes, identifying disruptions quickly, and informing all involved parties promptly about changes or delays;
•    preparing KPI reports and discussing them regularly with both the operations manager and your team.

You bring

•    at least 2 years of leadership experience;
•    affinity with logistics and transport is a plus, but not required;
•    a positive, enthusiastic personality with a talent for motivating teams;
•    a solution-oriented and process-minded approach to serving customers;
•    strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
