You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the logistics team. In the role of Warehouse Supervisor, you will be working at our new location at Logistiek Park Moerdijk: a state-of-the-art 240,000 m² warehouse and the largest contiguous warehouse in the Benelux, which you will be actively helping to build: You’re on it.

How you do this? As a warehouse supervisor, you ensure that everything on the floor runs smoothly. You thrive on streamlining processes and continuously improving operations. By coordinating your team, you monitor progress and ensure smooth cooperation with transporters and the customer You achieve this by:
•    leading, inspiring, and motivating a team of 10 to 30 colleagues;
•    coaching, training, and managing your team members;
•    achieving set KPIs and periodically discussing them with your team;
•    actively contributing ideas to make processes smarter and more efficient;
•    monitoring performance, progress, and quality within your department.

You bring

•    MBO level of working and thinking;
•    at least 3 years of experience in a logistics warehouse environment as a team lead;
•    willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
•    fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
