As a warehouse team leader, You will be responsible for guiding and inspiring your team. You will operate in a dynamic setting, collaborating with a diverse range of clients, and play a key part in maintaining smooth and efficient warehouse operations: You’re on it.

How you do this? As a warehouse team leader, you ensure that daily operations proceed smoothly. In a dynamic setting with various clients, you apply your leadership abilities to enhance processes and support your team’s growth.You achieve this by:
•    providing suggestions and feedback for initiatives focused on enhancing our logistics processes and procedures;  
•    guiding, training, and overseeing your team members;  
•    ensuring adherence to legal, company, and safety regulations, as well as monitoring compliance;  
•    supervising daily operations and maintaining smooth workflow;  
•    working day shifts or rotating shifts, based on your preference and availability.

You bring

•    strong communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating others;
•    familiarity with warehouse logistics processes;
•    openness to working a two-shift schedule;
•    proficient in English, both verbal and written.
