General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
The Sales Coordinator primary job is to support the Sales/BDM and satisfy the needs of locally secured DSV customers. This includes supporting, maintaining and developing the corporation and services extended to current customers as well as supporting the commercial team in winning new business opportunities.
销售支持主要职责是协助销售/业务经理的日常销售工作,配合销售团队做好后台支持,满足本地客户的业务需求。
内容包括: 支持维护并拓展已有客户,维护与现有客户的关系以及配合商务团队开发新客户和新业务。
Furthermore to support the sales/BD/BM with quotations, follow-up, keep a close dialog with customer, sales and the DSV network overseas.
并且协助销售/业务经理/分公司经理准备报价,跟货,协调和保持客户与销售以及得斯威海外办事处人员的密切的联系与及时的沟通 。
The aim is to provide excellent Sales Support, to help Sales secure and develop business for the company and to work closely with the DSV Network, Operations and Product Specialists.

Sales Coordinator is expected to have a very close dialog with customers and understand their requirements and hereby proactively deliver a high level of service.

Sales Support 销售支持
Service the locally controlled customers - this being New as well as Existing – on a day to day basis.
主要服务于现有的本地控制的业务客户,以及新开发的本地控制的业务客户的日常维护
Quote sales’ customers and align with Sales, TLMs and TLMs ensuring DSV provides competitive solutions.

Proactively provide assistance and advice to our customers – visit customers together with sales as needed.

Effectively assist in problem resolution. Handling customer complaints or any major incidents proactively.

Support to develop new business opportunities from our existing customers

Work with product managers, sales managers and TLM/BD managers to align expectation.

Ability to communicate industry related information to people outside our industry
收集整理市场动态信息和市场趋势相关讯息,帮助客户及时了解市场状态和动态变化
Process Control & Optimization 流程控制与优化
Actively participate in internal “Team-Meetings” reviewing daily challenges and opportunities
积极参与团队内的会议,跟销售/业务经理分享和探讨日常工作中遇到的机遇与挑战
Follow up routing order / instruction / IOP
密切关注紧急货物的内部跟踪 /收发指令 / 制定 IOP( 内部 操作流程)并确保IOP在各部门的顺利执行
Assist in managing and maintaining EDI customer codes in CW1.
帮助管理和维护EDI客户在CW1系统中代码的使用和完整性
Assist sales/BD with CW1 inquiries incl. monthly shipment overview and customer listings
帮助销售/业务经理处理与CW1 相关的问题, 包括每月出货报告以及客户CW1 代码清单
Prepare the documents for renewed credit agreement application.
帮助整理续签月结客户需要提交的文件
Ensure relative regular reports are done according to standard operation procedures such as KPI report (if required), CCS report
确保相关常规报告根据规范的操作流程及时提交 ,例如 KPI 报告 ( 如需), CCS报告
Coordinate with related departments to ensure all available documents will be released to customer if the customer’s request matches company’s rules.

Update SOP together with Sales/BD
协助销售/业务经理更新SOP(标准操作流程)
Quotation 报价工作
Receive and prepare price/quote requests with clear instructions/guidelines from Sales/RDM/BDM.
了解销售/航线经理/业务经理对报价清晰的需求和指令
Ensure incoming inquiries are handled correctly according to general quality standards of the department
确保每一单询价都能根据相关部门要求准确地被处理
Take action within 1 hour to send inquiry to internal operation, overseas colleague once receive inquiry from customer/sales/RDM/BDM
在收到来自于客户/销售/航线经理/业务经理询价要求一小时之内,联系涉及的操作,海外同事准备相关报价
For door to port/port to door/door to door inquiry, make sure to receive costs within 24 hours after inquiry sent to internal operation or overseas colleague
对于 门到港 /港到门 /门到门之类的询价,确保24小时之内向内部操作人员和海外人员收集相关成本费用用于报价准备
For port to port inquiry, get the cost from QMS within 1 hour.
对于港到港海运整箱运费询价,确保在一小时内在QMS查询系统收集成本费用
For port to port shipment, quotation should be sent customer formal quotation within 12 hours;
对于港到港的货物询价,报价应以正式报价单形式在12小时内提供给客户
For door to door/port to door/door to port shipment, quotation should be sent to customer formal quotation preferably within 24 hours. If need more time, please advise customers..
对于门到门/港到门 /门到港 货物的询价,应在24小时之内以正式报价单形式提供给客户。如需花费较长时间准备应提前告知客户
Call customer to make sure that they received the quotation in time and try to get comments by return.
和客户保持及时的电话沟通,确保客户及时查收报价单并及时反馈
Communication with the DSV overseas network for rate and service inquires
和得斯威海外办事处及时有效的沟通确保按时收到成本和运输方案
Measure the quotation hit (win) ratio.
