車輛調度與運輸規劃：
1. 負責日常車輛調度及配送路線安排，確保貨物準時配送。
2. 依據客戶需求、貨量及車輛狀況進行運輸規劃與資源配置。
3. 即時掌握車輛運行狀況，提升配送效率與運輸品質。

運輸作業管理：
1. 協調司機、承攬商及相關單位，確保運輸作業順利執行。
2. 追蹤配送進度及處理異常狀況，提供即時解決方案。
3. 維護運輸相關作業資料及紀錄。

成本與系統管理：
1. 執行運輸成本控管及相\關數據分析。
2. 操作 TMS、WMS 或相關物流管理系統，維護資料正確性。
3. 製作營運報表及協助績效追蹤。
