General Responsibilities:

Support sales department to achieve annual department budget

Smooth communication with client representatives in various regions

Ensure customer’s satisfaction

 

Detailed Responsibilities:

Develop SOP regarding order flow and documentation based on Ningbo EPZ  regulations and client requirements and proactive communication with customer to get them confirmed

Mapping out related KPI to tracking performance accordingly

Proactive problem solving, take the lead to handle contingent case if occur and actions as client instructions

Co-operate and negotiate with service providers to ensure service quality and reasonable rates;

Cost control in line with project overall target

Involved A/R and A/P issue to ensure health FIN condition

Team management  such as job allocation, set objectives, motivate team members

Monitor team performance and improvement solution if needed

Continuous improvement task taker to maintain high level services to dedicated client

Enough training on subordinates and other cross functional colleagues if need

 

Communications

Internal – OPS team, freight forwarding team, FIN team

External – dedicated client, Broker

Knowledge & Skills                      Strong operational and warehouse management  skills/strong interpersonal and

                                              Know-how of international forwarding ;

                                              Skillful communication with internal and external

                                             Good spoken & written English

                                             Skills in MS-Office software

Education & Training            University degree or above

Experience                           7+ year work experiences in same industry with warehouse management

                                             function,   background for global 3PL/forwarder will be preferred;

Personal Characteristics       Accountable and responsible, Positive attitude under high pressure, patience
