Purpose of the role

The IT Supporter in S&PE acts as a linchpin to the Infor CC that enables uniformity across all WMS in terms of Std and Process Excellence.

Our mission is to align with organizational goals, driving value and fostering strong partnerships with all the cross-functional teams in WMS.

Key Tasks

(Focus on key tasks that impact the role's success)

  • Drive strong standards and productivity through continuous improvement of Infor CC operational processes and measures.
  • Act as the point of contact for tasks that the individual takes up as per the engagement model.
  • Supports the WMS delivery teams to align IT capabilities with business needs.
  • Build trusted relationships with WMS team members across APAC to understand their needs, challenges & opportunities.
  • Ensure Standard and Process Excellence across Infor CC.

Selection Criteria

(Mention the must-have education/experience/skills, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience showing upward progression in an IT organization
  • 8 -10+ years of relevant functional experience in ITSM, PM, Agile Methodologies.
  • Experience in working with IT application team (eg - WMS, TMS, ERP, EDI, visibility platforms)
  • Working knowledge of Service Now, JIRA, Microsoft office tools is a must.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across technical and operational teams
  • Ability to identify root causes of issues and gaps and provide relevant solutions.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills

IT Supporter is an IC role who works on Project Management, Service management, Governance, CSI, ITIL related topics across Infor CC based on the Engagement Model.
