Roles & Responsibilities: 
•    Lead the team supporting DSV’s external Integration Landscape, applications including.
o    Sterling B2B Integrator and Lightwell/Eliassen Framework
o    IBM APIC
o    Sterling Secure Proxy & Authentication Server
o    IBM MQ
•    Manage technical and non-technical areas for the team based (APAC, India).
•    Hire, train, and run the team on day-to-day basis.
•    Manage the shift roosters and work assignments.
•    Manage SLA’s and KPI set by DSV’s global IT.
•    Participate in strategizing future roadmap for respective area.
•    Contribute to automation and optimization of current process.
•    Manage escalations. 
•    Help team in technical and personal developments.

You should have:
Most important:
•    Strong leadership skills.
•    Experience in leading a team for at least a year.
•    Reporting skills including excel and presentations. 
•    Jira & Confluence expertise

Fairly important
•    Experience in EDI area.
•    Technical knowledge on any middleware tools.

Bonus Points
•    Knowledge of Sterling Integrator.
•    Jira & Confluence expertise

Required Experience: 
•    8 years of IT experience, with minimum 1 year in a leadership role.
