Operational reporting and monitoring
•    Oversee and execute daily operational dashboards to track the status of warehouse operations, proactively identifying and addressing issues, and ensuring corrective actions are taken to resolve problems efficiently.
•    Generate and distribute daily, accurate reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure outbound, inbound, and collect order efficiency.

Communication with client internal customers
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for Client Customer Service Teams through designated warehouse email groups, ensuring all inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
•    Act as a liaison between customer service and warehouse teams to provide clear communication, resolve discrepancies, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Operational Support
•    Assist in resolving operational challenges, such as cancelling orders in internal systems, processing stock transfers, and updating shipment details, including lot and serial number replacements.
•    Facilitate the resolution of supply chain issues, including addressing and investigating picking errors for outbound orders, such as shortages, lost items, or damaged goods.
•    Monitor stock levels of returned goods from the field, and when necessary, initiate required transactions to facilitate the return of goods to manufacturing sites or designated repair centres.

About You

•    Strong Analytical Skills: the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs and identify actionable insights for continuous improvement
•    Excellent Communication Skills: A confident and professional communicator who can liaise effectively with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
•    Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy in reporting, data management, and issue resolution.
•    Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges in a timely manner.
•    Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
•    Team Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
