YOUR TASKS 

• Coordination of ongoing transport service operations in the Dolny Śląsk region by ensuring the availability of the required fleet capacity and the optimal utilization of transport resources,
• Ensuring high-quality customer service through effective operational cooperation with carriers and couriers,
• Resolving day-to-day customer operational issues in line with DSV quality standards,
• Participating in the development of a Lean culture,
• Operating TMS systems and ensuring data accuracy and integrity,
• Identifying the quality and operational needs of internal and external customers and proposing innovative solutions.
