Your tasks

• Administrative handling of international and domestic shipments, including dispatch of groupage linehaul services and receipt of import linehaul shipments.
• Responsibility for the completeness and quality of information.
• Ensuring loading quality and productivity of domestic and international linehaul operations.
• Ongoing investigation and resolution of shipment handling irregularities.
• Communication with customers and cooperation with other departments across the domestic and European network.

• Willingness to work in a three-shift system (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00).
• Ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner.
• Teamwork skills.
• High level of independence and strong decision-making abilities.
• Proactive customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under time pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Communicative level of English.
