Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute KAM Spot quote completely, accurately and timely
  • Support mini RFQ based on defined pricing models, client bid requirements, and submit within the prescribed timeline
  • Analyze key requirements/lanes in spot quotes and work with internal pricing, procurement and operations teams to provide the best proposal
  • Check benchmarks, target rates, customer gaps and improve win ratio
  • Interact with country operation, pricing and procurement teams to understand product offerings and negotiate competitive rates
  • Review spot quotes across multiple services/products and identify pricing threats or influencing factors
  • Provide updated statistics and historical inputs for analysis
  • Source and evaluate suppliers and maintain vendor profiles for market study and commercial sales leads
  • Participate in market research and rate analysis for sourcing and market trends
  • Market intelligence collection, product research, strategy research and analysis
  • Other tasks assigned by manager
