Responsibilities:

• Responsible for booking / consolidation / track and trace of Air Export shipments. Booking as required, may be done online thru carrier website/ portal.
• Responsible for rates and space negotiations with the airlines/carriers
• Responsible to coordinate the airline details of shipments to FF / FFA  and Operations.
• Responsible also for MAWB and Airline Tariff/Published rates maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of at least a 4-year course  
• Operational industry experience in similar capacity (minimum 1 year)  
• Preferably with working experience in a multinational freight forwarder/ airline industry  
• Proficient in MS Office applications  
• Knowledge/experience in use of Cargowise system is an advantage  
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)  
• Ability to handle pressure situation and result driven mindset.
