Position target:

 

This role is responsible for providing support to Global and/or Key Account Managers in terms of generating operational reports and analysis of data. The process should be executed based on the SOP and discrepancy mails must be sent based on the communication matrix provided.  

 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Generates operational reports and provides analysis as per stated in the SOP.
  2. Provides analysis in the reports which will add value to the receiver / client.
  3. Perform operational requirement tasks and adhoc reports.
  4. Responds to process queries.
  5. Report irregularities as per SOP and Global KPI. Perform proper escalation when necessary.
  6. Promotes and initiates proces improvement. Active participation on projects that may lead to proces efficiency.
  7. Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
  8. Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values.
  9. Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
  10. May be asked to support new or existing process when needed.

 

 

 


 

Education and skills:

 

  1. College of any four year course
  2. Basic knowledge in MS Office / MS Teams
  3. Basic knowledge in web based applications / Internet
  4. Freight forwarding / Logistics experience i san advantage but not required
  5. Quick comprehension and Focus at work
  6. Team player and good interpersonal skills
  7. Intermediate excel skills

 

 

 

Minimal work experience:                                                        

 

  1. Atleast 2 years work experience in similar field
  2. Work experience in a shared service centre environment / forwarding / transportation & logistics is an advantage
