Position name:                                                                      IT Specialist – Microsoft O365


 

Position target:

  1. Provide professional and operational service delivery and support for Microsoft O365 services in both desktop and Citrix environment.

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Supporting Microsoft O365 services being used at DSV
  • Supporting end users by solving issues with O365 services.Taking part in operational projects related to Office 365 services.
  • Support for Service Desk and Regional IT.
  • Create and update documentation and reports
  • Software/application documentation.
  • Knowledge base articles
  • Compliant with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labour regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
  • Behaviour and attitudes consistent with DSV values.
  • Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.

 

 

 

 


 

Education and skills:

  • University degree in IT or business studies or any related studies
  • Preferable work experience in IT Operations Center or business Process Centers
  • Working experience with collaborating with Incident and Major Incident Management
  • Basic knowledge of cloud technologies
  • Intermediate Office 365 knowledge
  • Exchange Online/Exchange 2013/2016/2019 experience (support)
  • Advanced mail flow troubleshooting experience
  • ITSM Tools experience (working with Cherwell, ServiceNow or other similar tools)
  • Powershell skills (at least basic knowledge)
  • Operational mindset and cooperation skills
  • English – Excellent language skills, both verbal and written

 

 

Minimal work experience:         

                                                        

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in support position (1st or 2nd level of support experience)
