Position Name: IT Specialist – SAP P2P

Position Target: Mid-Senior level SAP IT functional resource with expertise in P2P business processes

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Participate in projects assigned to SAP P2P Team
• Provide SAP support to business users in the P2P area
• Independently act on requests or incidents raised and resolve it within the agreed SLA
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify cause and provide solution to high impact or recurring issues
• Work closely with the technical team, SAP end- and key-users, and other stakeholders to ensure good user experience and system performance
• Configure the system as per DSV Template.
• Test new functionalities.
• Create and improve internal SAP documentation - manuals, procedures, and processes
• Share knowledge and provide trainings to new team members
• Work harmoniously with local and global colleagues
• Bridge the gap across time zones (follow the sun)
• Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, manager orders, and government regulatory requirements including labor, remuneration and especially the intellectual property protection policies

Education and skills:

Minimal requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in: IT, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of SAP Applications FI/MM.
• Experience in Vendor Invoice Management.
• English proficiency – oral and written..
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Keen eye for quality.
• Good analytical and critical thinking.
• SAP Certifications are an advantage.

Minimal work experience:
Minimal requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SAP functional tasks – support or implementation.
• Integration knowledge across FI/MM module.
• Participation in at least 1 full-cycle implementation.
