IT Supporter - Incident Management

Position target:

 

  • Monitoring and handling events on DSV technical infrastructure
  • Communicating planned outages and service windows to stakeholders
  • Troubleshooting global network issues in cooperation with our network providers
  • Development and maintenance of support documentation and participation in relevant projects

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Maintining day to day network monitoring in EMEA, APAC & AMER regions in a 24/7/ 365 Model
  • Server Monitoring in global enviroment
  • Network and server issue troubleshooting
  • Escalations and maintaining day to day business relations with the Internet Service providers
  • Working closely with 2nd and 3rd Lines of support,Problem Management, Capacity Management, & Incident Management & Change Management
  • Proactive problem Management – trend analysis, root cause analysis
  • Training of new employees
  • Handling of escalations and quality of work.
  • Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
  • Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values.
  • Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
  • Act also as Incident Manager managing high & critical Incidents if needed.
  • Can work on Shifting schedules 24/7, Including holiday weekends
