Key Responsibilities:

Incident Management: Lead the incident management process, from identification to resolution, ensuring timely and effective handling of incidents

Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact during incidents, coordinating with IT teams and stakeholders to facilitate resolution.

Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of incidents, actions taken, and potential impacts.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of incidents, including root cause analysis and resolution steps, to improve future incident management.

Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance incident management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on incident trends, root causes, and resolution times to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in IT service management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Proficiency with IT systems and software tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation
