Purpose of the role:
The position is established to drive high quality and efficient Human Resources support and management systems in the assigned ISSC location.
Key Tasks & Deliverables:
Operational and Team Management:
1. Accountable for delivering the people strategy for the assigned ISSC location.
2. Act as a business partner to the ISSC site management team.
3. Ensure that all relevant HR policies, procedures, and guidelines are set-up and implemented.
4. Lead local HR team to provide high quality, effective and efficient HR programs for the center.
5. Ensure compliance with local laws, employee statutory rights, the company’s policies, and code of conduct.
6. Direct and manage activities of the local HR team members; ensure highly qualified and motivated staff by creating a high commitment work environment.
7. Manage HR services including internal/external suppliers.
8. Source, identify, recruit, and develop key talents to ensure that the organizational capability meets strategic business requirements.
9. Drive strategic HR initiatives on performance management, learning and development, succession planning and talent management.
10. Drive staff retention and employee engagement programs.
11. Ensure local and organizational occupational health and safety standards are met.
12. Provide HR Key Figures on responsible organization to meet internal and external requirements (staff turnover, leave of absence etc.)
13. Coach to close key capability (organization) and competence (individual) gaps of the key roles in the company.
14. Assist management members with a variety of project-related activities in all key functions.
15. Keep abreast on changes of HR related legislation and updates of respective offices, e.g., employment ordinance, taxation legislation, etc. Keep knowledgeable of all employment and labor related laws and provide advice to managers.

8. Help keep the team focused & on track.
9. Ensure to meet Center KPIs & HR priorities.
10. Report and feedback to management team regularly
11. Resolution of issues on operational level
Travel Requirements
This role may require travelling.

Educational background / Work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably with a diploma in Business / Economics, HR, Legal or related disciplines
• Good orientation in all major HR functional areas
• Minimum 8 years of relevant leadership experience in international / global environment
Language skills
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Local language
Computer Literacy
• Experience in the use and administration of HR systems and applications
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications
