Network Specialist

 

TASKS:

 

  • 2nd level support of large enterprise network based on SD-WAN (over 30000 network devices);
  • Troubleshooting and resolving network requests and incidents related to LAN / WAN / Wireless / Firewall / VPN / Load Balancing such as low latency, packet loss, service degradation etc., including collaboration with Cisco TAC Support and ISPs
  • Conducting the end-to-end network projects leading to deployment of new branch locations (office or warehouse) during which you will be responsible for preparation of LAN and Wireless LAN designs (using Ekahau), prepare the bill of material, remote devices configuration and commissioning.
  • Firewall: building Site-to-Site VPN tunnels; opening ports as per incoming requests
  • Working actively and professionally within a close‐knit team with diverse personality types, ideas, values, opinions, approaches to tasks, and knowledge levels.
  • Participating in Innovative Network Projects (e.g. implementation of ACI, CSW and DNA Center)
  • Bringing your skills to next level through practice and trainings (access to INE.com and Cisco Digital Library learning platforms + Cisco Certifications)

  • Passion for networking and satisfaction from solving connectivity related issues
  • CCNA/CCNP certification or knowledge at equivalent level,
  • At least 1-2 years of practice in a similar position, including hands-on experience with two, or more of following technologies: Routing, Switching, LAN/WAN (based on CISCO solutions), Wireless, Security, NetScaler Load Balancing
  • Working knowledge and understanding of network technologies and protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, TCP/IP, ARP etc.)
  • Can-do attitude and genuine pleasure collaborating with teammates around the world towards common goals (knowledge sharing, willingness to help team members).
  • Readiness for continuous learning and development,
  • Good spoken and written English skills; B2 is a minimum.
