Preparation, implementation and maintenance of the quality management system (QMS) in all ISSC DSV units:

 

  • Refreshing the existing version of QMS and constantly updating it in accordance with the latest quality management standards,
  • The development of awareness and supporting the implementation of QMS at all levels of the organization,
  • Providing methodologies and tools for effective quality management in ISSC DSV,
  • Preparation and implementation of indicators measuring the level of QMS maturity in the organization, effectiveness in relation to financial benefits flowing from the use of QMS and information on the client's perception as to whether it met its requirements,
  • Cyclical monitoring and reporting of the implementation status of indicators and the level of implementation of QMS elements,
  • Identification of threats and their consequences, possibility of risk management,
  • The program increases the productivity of work and the profitability of the organization,
  • Program aimed at reducing operating costs and increasing the diversity of production by managing processes in the organization,
  • Initiating activities improving the processes provided by the company based on the identification of areas to be improved.

 

Identification of areas for improvement and conducting projects related to process optimization based on the Lean Six Sigma methodology:

 

  • Planning and management of improvement projects and a project team,
  • Making measurements, collecting and analysing data from I-SSC operational processes in terms of eliminating waste,
  • Identify the potential to eliminate wastage from processes and increase the share of value added,
  • Identify the possibilities of process automation and supervision over their timely implementation,
  • Implementation of approved improvements,
  • Monitor the implemented changes in terms of the impact on increasing quality, productivity, eliminating losses and reducing effort.

 

Cooperation with ISSC units and teams and other process stakeholders, e.g. Global Process Owner, Business Change Managers RPA, PA in the scope of improvement activities: 

 

  • Drawing up project documentation and presenting presentations summarizing the various phases of the project, including update of the implementation map of the improvements along with the dates of their planned implementations, and verification of the status of improvement activities in supported projects
  • Development of process documentation for I-SSC departments together with other persons from the BDP department (e.g. process diagrams and work instructions) to ensure the quality and legibility of documentation.
  • Operational support in the implementation of process standardization as part of implemented improvements.
  • Preparing, organizing and conducting process workshops based on the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Designing, preparing and conducting training sessions with the Lean Six Sigma methodology (e.g. Yellow Belt).
  • Participation in the preparation of project plans related to the transfer of processes and operational support in the process of transferring processes to I-SSC.
  • Support in defining new KPIs for services provided by I-SSC and support in their implementation.
  • Support for other employees of the Lean team in the development of knowledge and skills in the field of quality management and process improvement.
  • Participation in the preparation of project plans related to the transfer of processes.
  • Development, implementation and maintenance of the process maturity model of the organization (Maturity Matrix Model).
  • Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
  • Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values.
  • Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
