We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager, Business Implementation to support the successful onboarding and implementation of new and existing customer requirements. The role is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This position works closely with Commercial, Operations, customers, and other key stakeholders to drive seamless implementation projects and successful go-live execution. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Internal Operating Procedures (IOP) for new customers as well as existing customers with additional requirements
  • Ensure that tasks, issues, and risks are presented to customers, Commercial, Operations and other business units involved in the implementation projects before Go Live to eliminate or minimize any disputes
  • Prepare walk-through process flow orientation to customers, Commercial, Operations and other business units involved in the implementation of IOP to eliminate or minimize any disputes after Go Live
  • Implement IOP and ensure usage of the 5d Methodology for Customer Implementation for project management and implementation
  • Proactively participate in commercial meetings and joint sales calls to ensure that IOPs are followed and within the commitments made to customers 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain operations, customer implementation, or project management is an advantage.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
