Position Summary
The position deals with international/domestic transfer and movement of project cargo that require special handling. 

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate RFQ and bidding activities with appropriate service providers.
• Responsible for keeping a Project business development pipeline in the company’s CRM system to ensure continuous growth of new business.
• Evaluate service providers’ capability and qualification to handle each project.
• Engage in preparation of quotations and presentations to clients and potential clients.
• Carry out effective negotiations with service providers and quote winning bids to clients/would be clients.
• Direct planning meetings with service providers and client to ensure effective project coordination from a logistical perspective.
• Liaise, in close co-operation with service providers to co-ordinate transport of cargo from ports of entry to destination.
• Oversee the execution and delivery of service of engaged contractors.
• Enter and update project details and status in Company’s TMS system, including overall billing responsibility.
• Engage with inter-company stakeholders on Project cargo opportunities when needed.

Qualification Requirements

• Graduate of at least a 4-year course 
• Operational industry experience in similar capacity (minimum 5 years)
• Preferably with working experience in a multinational freight forwarder
• Understanding of basic finance & accounting concepts
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Knowledge/experience in use of CargoWise One system an advantage
