As part of DSV's SAP Master Data Governance team, your role SAP MDG Technical Specialist is to drive the digitalization and optimization of master data processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the efficient management and distribution of high-quality master data across the organization through DSV's global Master Data Hub. Your work will play a critical role in enhancing data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for all companies within DSV, contributing to improved operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Responsibility/ Tasks:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into solution designs that utilize both standard and custom SAP MDG functionalities.
• Work closely with IT specialists and developers to optimize, implement, and maintain SAP MDG solutions aligned with business needs.
• Design and enhance data models using the SAP MDG Configuration Workbench to meet evolving business requirements.
• Configure custom validations within SAP MDG and BRFplus to ensure data quality and compliance with organizational standards.
• Develop and extend user interfaces using WebDynpro and SAPUI5, enhancing user experience and streamlining data management processes.
• Extend and develop CDS views and OData services to support MDG applications and analytics for improved data insights and accessibility.
• Customize and build workflows by extending MDG templates and configuring rule-based workflows, including user assignments, to ensure efficient process automation.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation for all implemented solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment with IT governance standards.
• Present solution concepts and technical designs to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering collaborative decision-making.

In this role, you will work independently while maintaining close coordination with the functional team members assigned to your tasks. Additionally, you will engage with technology teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of solutions across different systems.

Professional qualifications:
• Solid experience with SAP MDG implementations in particular with Data Modeling, User Interfaces and Process Modeling.
• Experience with MDG S/4 HANA on-premise. Having experience with MDG Cloud is desirable.
• Solution-oriented with the inner drive to bring innovative ideas for the benefit of business.
• Self-driven used to collaborate with people having diverse backgrounds working on different levels of a company.
• Solid communication skills with good fluency on written and spoken English.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, allowing for effective collaboration and relationship-building.
• Able to drive tasks forward through clear, timely, and proactive communication.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in team settings while managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
