Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely customer quotations for Air & Sea freight services in coordination with operations and pricing teams
• Conduct telemarketing activities to support sales initiatives, follow up on leads, promote services, and maintain strong customer engagement
• Manage and analyze customer account data to identify trends, performance gaps, and revenue opportunities
• Support Account Managers and Sales Teams with commercial analysis, cost breakdowns, and rate comparisons
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing files, and quotation trackers
• Develop and deliver reports, summaries, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company pricing guidelines, service standards, and commercial policies
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and operations to ensure smooth execution of agreed services
• Continuously improve processes related to quoting, reporting, and customer communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in account analysis, sales support, or commercial roles within freight forwarding or logistics
• Experience in Air & Sea freight operations or commercial pricing is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
