Position target:

A person in the position of a Senior Developer will be responsible for creating and implementing high complexity solutions in ServiceNow, as well as supporting ServiceNow users.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Has 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Is proficient in core tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, flow designer and development methodologies
• Experience in integrations (REST, SOAP) previous: Creates APIs to establish seamless communication between ServiceNow and other systems
• Is a technical SME who provides guidance to other developers
• Has general understanding of ITIL methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, relational databases
• Contributes to story refinement
• Performs proof of concept
• Has experience with complex and global projects
• ServiceNow Certified System administrator is a must
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is a plus

Special rights:

Education and skills:

• ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
• Other ServiceNow certificates (such as Application Development or CSM)
• High communication and analytical skills. 
• Problem solving skills.
• At least B2 English level.

Minimal work experience:

• Min. 3 years of previous experience as Developer in ESM team or min. 2 years as Senior ServiceNow developer in a different organization.
