Position target:

Efficient and effective management, organization, motivation and training of employees and supervision of the work in the Customer Reporting Team. 

Ensure that all processes / services within scope are performed with the highest possible (data) quality, correctness, efficiency and within the agreed timeframe.

Further, it is her / his responsibility to develop the awareness and encourage optimization, automation and efficient thinking in the employees performing the assigned tasks.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for team management
  • Efficient Management of employees – including hiring, motivating, couching, training, employee development and overseeing, etc.
  • Planning and coordination of tasks related to implementation of recruitment and efficient use of resources
  • Development of reporting tools enabling to follow the efficient usage of available resources
  • Focus on continuous improvement, automation, optimization and efficiency increase within the team
  • Development of department products offer
  • Making sure that the quality of service provided is always within the agreed limits
  • Make sure that processes are executed according to procedures and requirements
  • Report to stakeholders on regular and agreed times
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
  • Responsibility for financial result of the team
  • Other tasks requested by the superior
  • Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company.
  • Behaviors and attitudes consistent with DSV values.
  • Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.

 

Education and skills:

  • University Graduate (transportation studies are preferable) or trained Forwarder - preferred
  • English language at least at a C1 level
  • Intermediate (or above) knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

 

Minimal work experience:

  • Work as a Process Leader/Process Specialist/Business Analyst, preferably in the transport industry.
  • Team management
  • Experience in working with and analysis of large data sets and reporting
