Overview of the Role |
|
Provide learning administrative and specialist support across two focus areas: (1) global Leadership Development programs, including Leadership Academy, Leadership Fundamentals, Coaching, Spotlights, and the Global Leadership Program and (2) support for the Learning Management System (LMS) together with local LMS administration. Establish a proactive communication among customers in the respective region or country of assignment.
The role acts as a first point of contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders across both areas — supporting program delivery, participant administration, reporting, and platform operation — while working closely with global and regional P&O and IT stakeholders. |

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities |
|
A. Leadership Program Support • Provide 1st level support for employees participating in the global leadership programs, including inquiries, enrollment, rescheduling, interest list, and cancellations • Participate in the planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of these global learning programs. • Vendor coordination including seat capacity monitoring and communication. • Closely collaborate with global and regional stakeholders.
B. Global Program/L2/L3 LMS Support & Local Administration • Responsible for the global support of the Learning Management System. • Close collaboration with various global People & Organization (HR) departments and the relevant IT department. • Responsibility for the Global HR Application & Data Experts community. • Processing support requests for relevant systems. • Identify, define, and align actions to improve and further enhance platform use and operation. • Understand and consider the general/key business requirements and statutory/regulatory rules in relevant regions/countries and ensure that system design/implementation supports these (e.g. data protection). • Maintain learning hubs in LMS for global programs in terms of updating the training schedule, brochures and guides. • Perform LMS troubleshooting for issues raised by employees, managers, and Stakeholders.
C. Shared Responsibilities between A&B Sections • Prepare and analyse reports requested by various Stakeholders. • Adapting and maintaining program catalogue (incl. course descriptions). • Administer the end-to-end training process: from attendance list to updating relevant databases and measurement of feedback (QA), impact and return on expectations. • Collect Feedback. Adjust and send out feedback surveys. Collect and summarize results. • Partner with local/regional/global stakeholders to provide solutions to challenges that might appear. • Perform other tasks given by the manager. |
